You are the Physical Well-being Group

 

Your task is to research how our body works and the impact that exercise has on our bodies. You will then use this information to inform about two different activities that would be beneficial for kids to be involved in or do. Create a plan for people to implement based around these activities and use persuasive language to help convince people to make a change.

To research the different systems in your body.

Choose one to be an expert on.

  • Muscular and Skeletal System - your muscles and how they work.
  • Circularity and Respiratory System - how your heart moves blood around your body to make you work
  • Digestive System - What happens to your food and where it goes.
  • Nervous System - How your brain works (sleep)

Research two activities that you think that children should try to improve their physical well-being. 

  • Find out what benefits this activitiy provides your body.
  • Find out how others can become involved.
  • Gather words that will be useful in persuading others to follow your advice.
